Sometimes ordering online can get a little confusing, especially when there is personalization involved! We try to anticipate all your main questions below, but if you can’t find the answer you were looking for, or you just want to talk to someone personally about your order, please feel free to contact us. We have real people with real customer service skills ready to help you. We appreciate your business and know that there are thousands of ways to customize your order, so if you need help don’t hesitate to ask.

When will I receive my item?
Most orders are processed by end of following business day. Allow more time for custom graphics or large orders.
Allow extra time for large customized orders.
If you need your order sent overnight, please contact us for cost and time frame on shipping.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes. We ship to us, APO and FPO addresses. If you need to order a large quantity of patches or name tapes or other gear, please contact us for a special bulk order discount.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPMENTS TO GET TO APO’S?
That really depends. Generally, APO shipments have been taking about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at the final destination. That said, because the postal system delivers it to an APO hub and then hands the package off to the military mail system – USPS recommends that you allow for up to 8 weeks for a package to arrive. If you need it sooner, please contact us for a more express shipping option.
Do you ship orders express or overnight?
If you need your order overnight, please contact us for cost and time frame on shipping.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your overall order weight. Rates are generated automatically, and are calculated according to the current shipping rates named by the United State Postal Service.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
Delivery Times are estimated, and are only guaranteed when using USPS Express Shipping. We are not responsible for items not delivered within the estimated delivery times shown. Estimated delivery times do not include the time required to receive, prepare, package & ship your order.
I don't have a credit card. Can I have my package shipped C.O.D.?
We only ship merchandise which has been pre-paid. You may print your order off our website and send that in with your cashier’s check or money order.
What should I do if my product was wrong or damaged upon receipt ?
Your satisfaction is our main priority at NameTapeFactory.com. We will accept returns on any items that are not customized for a full refund, minus Shipping costs as long as:
- You contact us at NameTapefactory.com for authorization for returns.
- Items must be in new condition.
- Refund or Exchange request must be sent within 7 Business days of receiving your order.
- Discrepancies or order must be made within 7 Business days of receiving your order.
If there is a mistake on our part in customization, your item will be replaced immediately.
What method of payments do you accept?
To place an order online, we require a major credit card or a Paypal account. You are also welcome to call us during our regular business hours Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM.

I AM NOT IN THE MILITARY, CAN I STILL PURCHASE ITEMS FROM YOU?
Absolutely, we are more than happy to provide items for collectors, family members and individuals who just like the quality of our product.
I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER IN THE SERVICE, HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT THEY'VE BEEN AWARDED?
When your family member was released from the service, they will have been issued a form called the DD214. To get this form, you can Click Here.
I AM HAVING ISSUES ADDING PRODUCTS TO MY CART, IS THE WEBSITE BROKEN?
The website should work fine with the default settings on all major browsers. If you are experiencing problems adding products to your shopping cart, signing in or moving to checkout please try one of the following two solutions:

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
All orders are charged immediately.
Do I have to order online, I would rather talk to a person?
Our customers are not limited to ordering our products online. We accept orders by phone and by email. You can email us anytime or call (608) 372-5200 during our regular business hours Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
What is the difference between hook and loop fastener and Velcro?
It’s also the brand name used to describe our products, for example, VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fasteners or VELCRO® Brand memo boards. A Hook and loop is a fastener closure system. The rough side is called the hook. Its softer mate is called the loop.
